Frequently Asked Questions
When will my order be shipped?
After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. When you place your order before 16.00 p.m. on business days, the order will be packed and send out the same day. In most occasions you’ll receive your order within 2-3 days.
Is it possible to track my order?
You will receive a tracking number when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. If your order has not arrived within the stated delivery time, please contact our customer service.
Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Please send us an email on hello[@]alphasierrawatches.com to give us a headsup.
Add a note with your details and bank information so we can refund the complete amount.
Please note that only items that haven’t been worn can be exchanged.
Received a damaged item?
Please reach out to our Customer Support team at hello[@]alphasierrawatches.com and they will help resolve the issue. See more warranty information on our Warranty page.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.
After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card or Paypal account.
How can I pay you?
You can choose to pay with credit or debit cards, PayPal or by BankTransfer. Payments made with credit or debit cards are made through the payment system Mollie. AIR*SPEED Watch does not directly handle any credit card numbers.
Why do I see ‘STG Mollie Payments’ on my bank?
We use the payment provider Mollie B.V. to take care of all payments. So when you made your payment, you’ll see that the payment has been made to Stg Mollie Payments.
Way my order successful?
If money has been captured from your account, the order has reached us and will be processed by our warehouse. Your order confirmation is sent to the e-mail address that you provided when placing your order. You can also see your order status if you log in to your user account. If you have not received a confirmation, please contact our customer service.
How do I cancel or change my order?
Please contact our customer service as soon as possible in order for us to change or cancel your order before it is shipped. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
